Who we are looking for: We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with strong verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience in technical support,
troubleshooting web and mobile applications, and handling customer complaints with patience and empathy. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing reports, collecting customer feedback, and staying up to date with system updates. Familiarity with MS Office tools and the ability to support both sales and marketing efforts are a plus.
To be successful in a Customer Support Management Trainee, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Key Responsibilities:
Tasks:
Inbound Support (Web + Mobile Application) – 40%
- Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Record, track, and document online Help Desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.
- Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of customer support issues.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Meet key performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
Collect customer Feedback – 15%
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams
Report Preparation – 15%
- Prepare Monthly Report for company and for individual clients (MS- Office Application).
Up to date with system / System testing – 15%
- Stay informed about product updates and company services.
Sales support – 10%
Marketing support – 5%
Additional Requirements:
- Fluent Bangla verbal communication.
- Moderate English writing & typing skill.
- Good MS Office skills with strong grab on MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Bulk data management in excel.
- Learning Mind-Set with Can-Do Attitude.

Working Days: Weekly: 5 Days
Salary: 14,000 BDT
Note: If the candidate performs well during the trainee period, they will be made permanent and receive an increment based on performance.
Duration: Trainee period 6 months
